Payment Policy
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. If something comes up and you need
more time, or you've bought the item by accident, please email me so we can work
something out. Please remember that when you click 'Buy it Now' you are buying the
item, not putting it in a cart until a later time. The item is removed from my store
and unable to be purchased by anyone else. Please do not buy items which you do
not intend to pay for.
Shipping
All instock orders are shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of payment.
Custom orders have a 2-3 week lead time. The majority of orders are shipped out
much sooner than this, but I like to allow for the fact that I can only work on
orders in the evening due to my full-time job. All orders are shipped via USPS with
Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise requested. If you request shipping via UPS
or FedEx, additional charges will apply. You will receive a shipping notice once
your order ships.
Insurance
I encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance listed in each auction.
I am not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave my hands.
International Orders
International orders are welcome--no additional fees to Canada. Please be advised
that delivery times can be extended due to customs. Shipping charges will be on
a per order basis. Please contact me for a quote. Customers are responsible for
all duties and taxes.
~Product Policies~
Defective merchandise
I offer a 30 day replacement warranty on handmade items. This is at the sole descretion
of RamieBaby Designs. Improper care or misuse of product voids any warranty. As
always, use caution and care with these products around children. While all pieces
are securely attached, the bows and clothing I make are not toys. Do not leave children
unattended with these items.
Refunds/Exchanges
RamieBaby Designs offers exchanges or store credit. I do not offer refunds, except
on rare occasions, and at my discretion. Returns must be in original packaging,
unwashed and unused. If the item is not able to be resold, it cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs to return an item. There are
no returns on personalized items. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days
of purchase.
Methods of Payment
RamieBaby Designs accepts PayPal (credit and funded), including PayPal eChecks.
eChecks are held by PayPal for approximately 3-4 business days to ensure check clearance
before shipping of order.
